As we rush into the holiday season, it is easy to become overwhelmed and lose track of what this time of year is supposed to bring us: joy, peace, rest, family, friends, and connection. The great news, though is gratitude is practically medicinal. Research bears this out time and again. 

According to this Harvard Health Publishing article. "Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships." Isn't it amazing that that something as simple as expressing or receiving gratitude is that powerful?
